Key Responsibilities:

• Support product solution manager and sales team in Yokogawa Product SBU daily business including:
• Design solutions to meet industry demand and requirements.
• Provide technical support to the team and customers, including site surveys, demos, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and tender bids, handle technical clarifications, and source suitable products to complete total solutions for customers.
• Support project execution and delivery.
• Gather customer feedback and research industry trends and information.
• Research product compliance requirements according to certification standards, laws, and regulations, and manage the compliance process.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Engineering, preferably in Instrumentation, Chemical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical, IT, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of process field instrument selection and application, with experience in related industry, is an advantage.
• Proficient in verbal and written English and capable of making technical presentations to customers.
• Self-motivated with initiative and strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally throughout Malaysia with own transport and attend site work as required.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
