About the Role

Esco Micro is a global innovator in life sciences equipment, and we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership of their growth, build meaningful client relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. If you have a science background and a passion for communication and results — let’s talk.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients across the healthcare and life sciences industry

• Conduct impactful product presentations and demos (training provided)

• Follow up on leads and drive the sales process to close deals

• Track sales performance and manage quotations using CRM systems

• Support product launches and marketing activities such as webinars, roadshows, and exhibitions

• Prepare reports and assist with tender documentation

• Stay updated with industry trends and client needs

What We're looking For

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of sales experience is ideal.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets

• Bonus: Experience in B2B sales, CRM software, or event coordination

• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

• Willing to travel and engage on the ground with clients
