Job summary

Ambition in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to shape our regulatory strategy and drive a culture of accountability across a fast-paced product portfolio. You will advise leadership, manage regulatory complexity, and ensure product compliance across markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain certification relationships, and implement robust compliance frameworks while guiding a growing compliance function in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of regulatory affairs and product compliance experience.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

The Role

• Track and interpret evolving local, national, and international regulatory requirements

• Partner with legal, trade, and cross-functional teams to embed compliance across the business

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable background in a compliance role within a relevant industry


• Solid project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
