Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Work closely with process and production teams to optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
2. Develop and optimize supplement formulations, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
3. Review and improve applications for new and existing ingredients and packaging materials.
4. Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including processing procedures, techniques, and product specifications.
5. Ensure compliance with the latest food regulations, standards, policies, and procedures, incorporating them into product Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Collaborate with the production team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
6. Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, ingredient preparation, and packaging processes, to ensure products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
9. Coordinate with the production team on new product processes and existing product improvements.
10. Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in R&D and extensive experience in supplement formulation or product development within the food industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition.
3. Ability to speak Mandarin.
4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
