Review the conformity and applicability of the process and finished product inspection documents of new products.
Be responsible for the random inspection of incoming materials, processes, and finished product inspections of new products.
Be responsible for various conformity verifications of new products.
Analyze quality issues.
Assist the after-sales service department in analyzing and handling customer complaints, and lead the investigation and evidence collection of quality accidents when necessary.
Conduct irregular inspections of the production line to eliminate hidden dangers in the process, production, materials, equipment, etc. of the product.
Carry out document management of the ISO9001 quality certification system, and cooperate with internal and external audits.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, major in mechanics, electronics, etc.
More than 5 years of experience in electronic product quality control, familiar with the development process of electronic products and the key points of quality control in each link.
Proficient in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL, familiar with various raw materials such as plastics, electronics, and machining, and familiar with the production, assembly, and testing processes of electronic products.
Good professional ethics and conduct, good at communication and coordination, excellent teamwork awareness, careful and meticulous work attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
