Job summary

Adhes Packaging Technology in Pulau Indah, Selangor is recruiting a QA/QC Inspector to ensure product quality through incoming, in-process and final QC inspections.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; minimum 1 year in a related field is advantageous. Night shifts may be required; strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

SPM level or above.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year of related QA/QC/manufacturing experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently.
Knowledge of packaging industry, ISO standards, computer literacy, and multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Willing to work night shifts when required.
Willing to work at our factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming QC inspection of materials per specifications.
Perform in-process & post-production QC inspections on WIP and final product per specs.
Perform outgoing inspection of finished goods before delivery/shipment per specs.
Prepare accurate data in quality check-sheets per procedures and standards.
Report all defects to QA department.
Responsible for all QC/QA activities.
Assist QA in continual improvement programs.
Perform tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
