We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to further develop their skills in quality management and problem-solving. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support activities such as managing product quality plans and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong behavioral skills, including:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Representing quality in innovation, customization, and relocation projects, initiating necessary quality measures
  • Product quality planning and management
  • Approval of products and component parts (First Lot and Product Approval)
  • Initializing and approving Initial Sample Inspections
  • Coordinating and processing First Article Inspections
  • Handling customer claims (8D reports and Non-conformance reports)
  • Managing deviations and approvals
  • Ensuring compliance with CE!/CEX requirements
  • Supporting change requests and approval processes from a quality perspective
  • Assisting in Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Additional qualifications in quality engineering or a proven track record as a quality engineer are advantageous
  • Extensive experience with quality processes of high-tech components in a global, highly consolidated market environment
