We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer to further develop their quality management and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to support needs such as managing product quality plans and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following behavioral skills:

Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Represent quality in innovation, customization, and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures
  • Product quality planning and management
  • Product and component parts approval (First Lot Approval and Product Approval)
  • Initialize and approve Initial Sample Inspection
  • Coordinate and process First Article Inspection
  • Coordinate and process customer claims (8D reports and Non-conformance reports)
  • Manage deviation approval and control
  • Ensure compliance with CE and CEX requirements
  • Support change requests and approval processes from a quality perspective
  • Assist in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or related science/engineering field
  • Additional degree in quality engineering or a successful track record as a quality engineer is advantageous
  • Profound experience with quality processes of high-tech components in a highly consolidated, global market environment
