We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer to further develop their skills in quality management and problem solving. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support roles such as managing product quality plans and customer complaints. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following behavioral skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Represent Quality in innovation, customization, and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures
• Product Quality Planning and Management
• Product and component parts approval (First Lot Approval and Product Approval)
• Initialize and approve Initial Sample Inspection
• Coordinate and process First Article Inspections
• Coordinate and process customer claims (8D reports and Non-conformance reports)
• Manage deviations and approvals
• Ensure compliance with CE!/CEX requirements
• Support change requests and approval processes from a quality perspective
• Assist in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering, or a related science/engineering field
• Additional qualification in quality engineering or a successful track record as a quality engineer is advantageous
• Profound experience with quality processes of high-tech components in a highly consolidated, global market environment
