Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG seeks a highly motivated Engineer to strengthen quality management and problem-solving skills, working with cross-functional teams to support product quality plans and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering or related field, plus strong analytical abilities and experience with high-tech quality processes in a global market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Additional degree in quality engineering is advantageous.
• Profound experience of the quality process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a global market.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Quality in innovation, customize and relocation projects, initiating the required quality measures.
• Product Quality Planning and management.
• Product and component parts approval (First Lot Approval and Product Approval).
• Initialize and approve Initial Sample Inspection.
• Coordination and processing of First Article Inspection.
• Coordination and processing of customer claims (8D reports and Non conformance report).
• Deviation approval and management.
• Ensuring the CE!/CEX requirements.
• Supporting change requests and approval processes (quality perspective).
• Supporting in Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
