Product QA

Salary: RM8,000

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the product team with pre-release preparations by verifying completeness of configuration items, functional workflows, and release documentation.
• Review PRDs, configuration checklists, feature descriptions, and other materials to ensure documentation is complete, clear, and actionable.
• Track testing and release milestones, document version changes and actual deliverables, and support release timeline management.
• Collaborate with product managers and release leads to conduct “pre-release acceptance” checks and ensure versions meet release readiness standards.
• Maintain and update templates such as delivery checklists, release documents, and acceptance records to support ongoing process standardization.
• Coordinate with product, operations, QA, and data teams to drive pre-launch readiness.

Job Requirements

• Experience in product support, testing assistance, project coordination, or version management is preferred.
• Familiarity with product documentation structures (e.g., PRDs, configuration guides, release checklists), with hands-on involvement in release workflows.
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Notion, and Confluence, with skills in documentation review and issue tracking.
• Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of basic page logic and configuration fields.
• Clear thinking and good sense of timing, able to coordinate effectively in a collaborative team environment.
