Job Position
The Identity Product Portfolio Excellence team provides governance, technical assurance, and execution oversight for the global Identity and Access Management (IAM) product portfolio strategy across a cloud-first, SaaS-based enterprise architecture. As the Lead of the Global IAM Product Management Office, you will drive the strategic vision, execution, and lifecycle management of IAM products and services across a highly digitalized, international Group with over 160,000 users in more than 30 countries.
You will lead a cross-functional office overseeing strategy execution, product governance, compliance, stakeholder engagement, vendor performance, and sustainability in a cloud-first, SaaS-based architecture.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Scaled Agile execution planning and performance delivery monitoring.
- Define and align the global IAM product roadmap with Group business and digital strategy.
- Drive the execution of the IAM strategy in a scaled agile environment, ensuring alignment with program increments, OKRs, and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and report on strategic IAM KPIs and business value delivery.
- Lead global governance of IAM products, ensuring consistency with Group digital product architecture and maintaining governance processes for quality, compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong engagement frameworks with Group entities, business lines, and global digital products; represent IAM in global forums.
- Manage vendor relationships for IAM solutions in a multi-SaaS, cloud-native ecosystem; oversee SLAs and contract compliance.
- Govern end-to-end IAM product lifecycle from ideation to retirement; define and monitor delivery performance and QoS metrics.
- Define and track IAM product cost models, sustainability strategies, and carbon footprint reductions aligned with Group objectives.
- Manage sourcing and capacity planning with HR and procurement; ensure adequate capacity and skills.
- Ensure IAM product compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, ISO/IEC 27001/27005/42010); drive remediation actions and audit readiness.

- Global IAM Strategy Execution
- Published IAM strategy and roadmap aligned with business and security priorities
- Regular strategic progress reviews using agile metrics (OKRs, PI planning)
- IAM Product & Project Portfolio Management with centralized governance
- Engagement framework with Group entities; co-created roadmaps and KPIs
- Change Management, training, and adoption strategies
- Product lifecycle dashboards (QoS, SLAs, MTTR, availability) and release planning
- Vendor and SaaS performance oversight with quarterly reviews
- Cost, budgeting, and sustainability monitoring including carbon footprint dashboards
- Compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness documentation
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years in IT management; proven leadership in product or PMO functions, preferably in a multinational context; experience delivering in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management with strong technical savviness, Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
- Skills: IAM technologies, product lifecycle management, service operations; stakeholder management in matrixed environments; change management and user adoption; regulatory compliance (DORA, ISO/IEC 27001/27005/42010, GDPR); vendor management and SaaS performance monitoring; IT financials and activity-based costing.
- Languages: English and French preferred (Spanish or German a plus).
Certifications (Preferred)
- TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, PMP, CISM, CISA are a plus
- Finance background with Accounting and Activity Based Costing is a plus
