Job Description

• Design and organize digital products within software development projects
• Provide professional product design and conceptualization, focusing on product management best practices
• Develop and coordinate all requirements to ensure their successful and sustainable integration into the development process
• Engage in end-to-end business analysis, from gathering requirements to translating business needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (including users, customers, management, departments, UX, development, operations, etc.), demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills

• Minimum of 7 years’ working experience in a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field of study
• Agile Product Owner-related certification (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) is preferred
• Proven experience in managing digital products within agile environments

Specific Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to develop business models and price them
• Excellent knowledge of software development, requirements engineering procedures, methods, and techniques
• Strong skills in product management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across functional teams

Responsibility and Scope for Decision-Making

• Responsible for the product development of highly complex products
• Define metrics across the BU to measure actual benefit and value generation in the product
• Accountable for the overall success or failure of the project
