About the Role:

The role is responsible for defining and managing the product vision and roadmap. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, strong collaboration skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality products. The Product Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

What will you do:

  • Define the product vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business value.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to define detailed product requirements.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Ensure product requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful products.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
  • Translate customer requirements into product features.
  • Oversee product launches and ensure successful market adoption.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to the product team.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and ceremonies.
  • Assist with task allocation and prioritization.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may require performing other duties, assignment as assigned by the Bank’s management.

Skills and experience you possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
