Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Software Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of innovative software platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Based in Cyberjaya, you will own the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into user stories, and guide Agile ceremonies to deliver high‑quality software while ensuring documentation and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar software product role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, GitHub, or similar collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of software compliance and security best practices is an added advantage.
