Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Product Master Data & Pricing) to join its sales team in Selangor. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity across product master data and pricing, supporting sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

The candidate will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and IT to implement data-driven changes and promotions. The position requires strong data management, analytical skills, and experience with Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data management and analysis with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data.
• Experience with sales operations, pricing models, product catalogs, and sales systems.
• Strong skills in Excel; familiarity with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product master data across systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Oversee pricing data management, updates, validation and distribution to relevant teams.
• Conduct regular audits of product and pricing data to fix discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and IT to implement data and pricing changes.
• Generate and analyze reports on product performance, pricing trends and sales metrics.
• Document SOPs for data management and pricing processes.
• Support development and implementation of new pricing strategies and promotions.
• Troubleshoot data issues and assist sales with inquiries.
