Job summary

A leading consumer electronics company is seeking a marketing professional to drive branding and promotional campaigns. This role involves planning content for various channels and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in branding and marketing communications, a strong understanding of consumer engagement, and excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to work under pressure and occasionally travel is essential.

Job description

Branding and Promotional consumer campaign planning - content Idea & plan. Example: Radio Ads content, CSR, TVC, creative design and concept & etc

Brand & consumer Campaign execution - Individual product execution

All channel corner renovation proposal review and justification

Monitor new model Product Display Qty, setting new product display targets, ensure the display proceeds according to the target and pace

Channel sellout activities example: dealer inhouse sellout campaign mechanism, road show activities mechanism plan

Ecommerce business management. Work closely with Ecomm specialist for overall plan and mechanism

Engage product training mechanism with Product Trainer for all channel

Competitor movement analysis product, price, promotion, place countermeasure plan

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, trade marketing, or campaign planning (consumer electronics or FMCG industry will be an added advantage).
  • Experience in content creation, campaign planning, and marketing activation is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of branding strategy, consumer engagement, and creative communication.
  • Great in interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment
  • Must be able to travel occasionally (domestic and/or international) to perform job functions
