Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to shape the roadmap for Rapidz’s exchange and payment features, ensuring our GTM plans reflect real user needs.
  • Drive positioning, messaging, and creative briefs that empower the growth team to launch high-impact, localised campaigns across Southeast Asia ,Europe and LATAM.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing strategies that activate new users, increase transaction frequency, and boost long-term retention across the Rapidz ecosystem.
  • Build and launch multi-channel campaigns across in-app messaging, email, web, social media, and earned media to drive adoption of the Rapidz Card and payment products.
  • Work closely with regional teams to adapt messaging for local market dynamics, user behaviour, and cultural nuances.
  • Design reward programs, promotions, and loyalty campaigns that drive deeper engagement and reduce churn.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in Web3, crypto, or fintech environments.
  • Experience launching and scaling user-facing products, with a strong understanding of the user journey and how to influence it through creative storytelling.
  • Outstanding copywriting and communication skills — you're able to turn technical features into compelling narratives.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional, fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics, experimentation, and user insights to inform strategy.
  • Ability to maintain and make changes to WiX websites.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with regulated industries or crypto compliance (e.g., FCA, MiCA).
