Job summary

MerchantSpring, a SaaS analytics platform, seeks a Product Marketing and Content Specialist to translate product knowledge into compelling content for landing pages, emails, campaigns and stories. This hands-on role emphasizes messaging, accuracy and collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Product.

You will craft content that connects features to real customer problems, supported by examples, testimonials and data-driven storytelling, while contributing to demos and measured

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product marketing or content marketing for B2B software.
• Ability to explain complex product concepts clearly.
• Excellent English writing and editing for website, email and product content.
• Curiosity, judgement and ability to derive customer insights.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and working with product teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn the product through hands-on use, demos and conversations; stay current with releases.
• Speak with customers to understand goals and objections; capture useful examples.
• Connect product features to customer problems and articulate value.
• Decide which benefits to lead with for each audience and content piece.
• Maintain a shared record of customer examples and product explanations.
• Write and improve landing pages, use-case pages, emails, stories and campaigns.
• Review existing assets and identify missing or outdated product value propositions.
