Adecco’s Banking & Financial Services Team is recruiting for the position of Product & Market Intelligence Associate on behalf of our client, a global leader in bespoke financial solutions specializing in providing strategies for wealth preservation and liquidity management, catering to affluent individuals, families, and business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with sales and operations teams to understand client needs and create comparison reports for presentations.
  2. Check all reports and system results carefully to make sure they are accurate and meet company standards before sharing.
  3. Keep the internal system updated and improve it to work better and faster.
  4. Find ways to make processes simpler and more efficient.
  5. Prepare reports to help management track sales and business activities.
  6. Train new team members, teaching them how to use tools and follow best practices.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  2. 1 - 2 years of experience in Insurance is an added advantage.
  3. Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (Speaking), enabling effective communication with counterparts in Hong Kong.
  4. Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively and thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  5. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on enhancing service turnaround times and annual review completion rates.
  6. Highly organized and proactive, with a strong ability to follow up on cases and manage daily responsibilities.
