We are seeking an experiencedand highly motivated Product Managercapable of working independently to lead the development and lifecycle management of our enterprise network infrastructure products. This includes DHL Core Network, WAN Connectivity, LAN Connectivity, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and connectivity platforms. You will play a pivotal role in defining strategy, setting priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across architecture, engineering, operations, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery of scalable and resilient global network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for global network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Lifecycle Management:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network products and services, from design and development through operations and retirement.
• Innovation & Optimization:Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, automation, cost optimization, and performance improvement across network services.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with global vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, performance, and governance of network services.
• Security & Compliance:Ensure network solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with internal security standards and compliance requirements.
• Risk Management:Conduct regular assessments of network infrastructure risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
• Collaboration:Work closely with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, application teams, and service owners to ensure seamless integration of network services.

Qualifications:

• Experience:5+ years in network infrastructure or telecommunications product, project or service management within large-scale enterprises.
• Technical Knowledge:Solid understanding of network technologies including WAN Connectivity, LAN Connectivity, SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and cloud networking (Azure/GCP).
• Strategic Thinking:Strong ability to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and translate technical solutions into business outcomes.Skilled in designing and analyzing cost models to evaluate project feasibility and drive financial decision-making.
• Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.Ability to collaborate effectively with global virtual teams across multiple time zones, including participating in conference calls outside of Asia Pacific business hours as needed. Collaborates closely with Architects and Subject Matter Experts to effectively communicate new standards and drive compliance across projects and initiatives
• Leadership:Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence across organizational boundaries.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with business unit stakeholders and drive successful outcomes.
• Problem Solving:Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex infrastructure challenges.
• Automation Mindset:Experience with network automation and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Global Experience:Experience managing global network products or projects with distributed teams is a strong plus.
