Overview
This role will be managing the process of new product development/ on-boarding and maintenance of Islamic Wealth Management products.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Market Analysis: Identify and closing product gaps against local market, conventional banks and other Islamic banks across the region.
- Plan and execute product strategy aligned with GIWM’s overall business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential product enhancement and new market opportunities.
Product Development and Launch
- Establish demand, viability and feasibility for new Islamic wealth products through actual survey with sales person and customers.
- Collaborate with GIWM and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing materials, sales training, and distribution channels with IWM MY.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitor product performance metrics (sales volume, customer usage, profitability) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement product enhancements, updates, and feature releases based on customer feedback and market trends.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure product offerings comply with all relevant banking regulations and industry standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and adapt product features accordingly
Qualifications
- Degree from any local or foreign universities
- Experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Sales Management, Business Development.
- Solid experience in Wealth product management & Islamic Banking
