They are seeking a strategic and commercially astute individual to lead the marketing efforts for a key product within this specialization.

The role:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company and principal objectives, encompassing sales, advertising, and promotional activities for designated products and partners.
  • Identify optimal distribution channels and create penetration strategies to maximize product reach and market support.
  • Continuously monitor the market, gather intelligence on competitors, and conduct regular market visits to understand trends and opportunities.
  • Track and analyze brand performance and health using in-market sales data, recommending and implementing corrective actions, while maintaining strong relationships with principals and customers to enhance the company's image.
The experience:
  • Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrates strong marketing expertise and effective presentation abilities.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
