Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

As a Product Manager – Medical Device, you will be responsible for...

Product Strategy & Planning:

  • Creating innovative values and storyline of the existing portfolios to bridge the products’ innovative strengths and customer market needs.
  • Based on the point above, developing short- and long-term marketing plans for all medical device portfolios.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to shape strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth drivers.

Launch & Lifecycle Management:

  • Planning and executing new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Managing the lifecycle of existing products, including line extensions and updates.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Providing regular product training, tools, and marketing materials to support the capabilities of the field sales team.
  • Addressing & collating queries from the market and address it proactively with company principals support.
  • Collaborating with sales team to drive business performance.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Building strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, medical associations and hospital decision-makers. Engage them to raise company and the existing portfolios brand awareness
  • Bridging company internal with principals on regular basis to ensure engagement and continuous technical & commercial support
  • Coordinating with medical, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance and product availability.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Preparing monthly/quarterly performance reports and product forecasts.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and suggest data-driven improvements.

What you already have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, medical marketing within the medical device industry, preferably in the segment of ultrasound/ medical imaging/ EEG
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape, especially in medical devices commercial and its processes
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, building a new market segment, particularly within the innovative medical devices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis with healthcare practitioners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
