This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing Head and will be under the laundry appliances category.

Job Description:

1. You will be developing and implementing clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
3. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of features and products that meet merchant needs.
4. Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to gather insights and feedback from merchants, using this data to inform product decisions.
5. Define, track, and manage Product Objectives and Key Results to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in product management.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
