The Product Manager is responsible for driving business transformation through process optimization and technology enablement. This role sits under the Innovation Team, within the CEO office, and will work with stakeholders across multiple business units to identify opportunities, design impactful solutions, and deliver enhancements that elevate operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will serve as a catalyst for change, ensuring innovation initiatives are strategically aligned and successfully executed.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and analysis of process improvement and innovation opportunities across business operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of technology enablement projects, from conceptualization through to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, success criteria, and deployment plans for new solutions.
- Serve as a bridge between business operations, technology teams, and strategy groups to ensure cohesive and scalable innovation delivery.
- Oversee change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.
- Monitor and evaluate post-implementation outcomes to ensure business objectives are met and drive iterative enhancements.
- Maintain strong alignment with strategic planning processes and contribute to organizational cadence.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in product management, innovation, business transformation, or a similar function.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a solid understanding of digital systems and business process tools.
- Proficient in translating operational challenges into actionable product or system requirements.
- Experience with workflow optimization, process automation, and systems integration.
- Skilled in project documentation, testing, implementation, and stakeholder management.
- Innovative, resourceful, and adaptable with a strong drive for results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and making sound decisions.
- User-centric mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with AI tools or technologies and an understanding of how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to enhance business operations.
- Formal training or certification in Product Management or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum).
