Job Purpose:
The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. This is a sales enablement position, achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contracts, and vendor relationships. These activities target both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing business plans for the vendor product group and services to meet revenue targets, including forecasting and planning.
- Implement sales enablement and marketing programs supporting product group objectives.
- Understand markets, customer needs, and competition.
- Design effective planning strategies, including inventory management.
- Provide reports for decision-making.
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the sales team to perform optimally, working closely with the Channels Sales Team.
- Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, and partner engagement to recommend remedial actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages.

Working Conditions:
- Occasional non-standard hours or overtime.
