A leading healthcare company seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth in the ethical channel. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing distributor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, while also analyzing market trends to optimize performance.
Develop , plan and execute effective marketing strategies to drive the growth in brands for ethical channel.
Align marketing activities with Company's brand and sales objectives.
2. Brand Positioning & Messaging
Ensure clear and consistent product messaging across training materials, sales tools, campaigns and etc.
Translate clinical data into effective communication materials for use by the sales team.
3. Campaigns & Programs Execution
Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with KOLs to enhance product credibility and reach.
Lead marketing efforts for distributors and internal sales team focusing in ethical channel.
Deliver product training, build product knowledge and influence sales team (internal and distributor) to prioritize Spring Health products.
Take ownership of total sales performance for Spring Health products within the ethical channel.
Analyze sales data, identify trends and implement data driven actions to improve results.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong working relationship with distributors, internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Strengthen Spring Health presence and positioning in the ethical market segment.
7. Distributor Performance Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate distributors effectiveness in the ethical channel.
Provide feedback, support and recommendations to improve sales execution and coverage.
8. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with local regulatory guidelines and internal company practices.
Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics in the ethical channel.
Identify market opportunities and risks and recommend tactical responses based on insights.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with new product development, design, operation and sales teams to ensure market readiness and product availability.
11. Other Tasks
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or marketing, preferably with exposure to the ethical/HCP segment.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry market trends and marketing practices within the ethical channel.
Experience in managing distributor relationships is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
Willing to travel when needed.
