About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the digital product roadmap, implement strategies, covering the planning, delivery, communication, and design (UIUX) for the product.
  • Present the product value propositions, conduct demos, and educate stakeholders on the product.
  • Work with Business Units and conduct market research and product viability studies, ensuring that the product covers target segment pain points, competitor analysis, and pricing & profitability studies.
  • Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities, and provide expert recommendations.
  • Develop clear and effective user interfaces to achieve both product and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and audit standards in all product developments.
  • Track and measure product performance, maintaining high product quality and user experience.
  • Utilize design thinking to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/banking or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the field of product management, preferably with an FI.
  • Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in writing various business documents, such as business cases, requirements, project plans, presentations, reports, and specifications.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, proactively, and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
