Job Purpose:
The Product Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for specific product groups, maximizing returns for TD SYNNEX and vendors. This role focuses on sales enablement through marketing programs, sales training, support, technical pre-sales, and vendor relationships, targeting both the TD SYNNEX sales team and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and executing business plans for vendor product groups to meet revenue targets, including forecasting and planning.
- Implement sales enablement and marketing programs to support product objectives.
- Develop understanding of markets, customer needs, and competition.
- Design effective planning strategies, including inventory management.
- Provide reports for decision-making.
- Maintain and develop vendor relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the sales team to optimize performance, working closely with the Channel Sales Team.
- Stay informed on sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, and partner engagement to recommend remedial actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Strong data entry skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail, mathematical ability, and effective communication.
- Fluent in English and local languages; capable of presenting formally.
- Effective interaction with management and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and independent working skills.
- Adaptability, stress management, and collaborative mindset.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional non-standard hours and overtime.
- Frequent travel (25%).
