Job summary

GBG is hiring a Technical Product Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead the development of Loqate’s core verification engine. This role requires in-depth collaboration with engineering teams, customer discovery, and optimising the product for accuracy and performance.

You'll be responsible for managing complex technical requirements, ensuring the product meets enterprise-level standards, and enabling rapid improvements to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in address intelligence, fraud/risk, ecommerce checkout, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the verification engine for Loqate’s location products.
• Engage deeply with engineering on system performance and design.
• Lead technical discussions with enterprise customers.
