We’re looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in revolutionising how mental health care is delivered.

As a Product Manager, you will be the frontline champion in implementing a brand new revolutionary technology — an advanced, non-invasive treatment for depression and other mental health conditions. You will work directly with wellness doctors, nurses, and technicians across Malaysia., training them on this amazing technology and ensuring successful device implementation in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on device demonstration and installations, functionality testing, and clinical setup
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for mental health professionals on device operation, safety, and protocol-driven treatment administration
  • Provide ongoing support to clinics post-installation, ensuring the highest standards of treatment delivery and patient comfort
  • Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues in real time, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal patient care
  • Develop and maintain continuing education programmes for providers and partners
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and internal teams to support multi-site treatment management.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and technical excellence

This Role Requires:

  • Adaptability, autonomy, and a proactive approach to field-based training and support
  • At least 3 years of experience in a medical or mental health care setting, either dealing with technologies like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulations or as a technologist in a patient-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with doctors, nurses, and technicians
  • Prior experience working with patients with mental wellness needs
  • Tech-savvy, hands-on problem solver with a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms
  • Physically capable of manoeuvring equipment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong clinical or patient care experience will also be considered
