Vantive Malaysia is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive portfolio growth. The role involves collaborating with sales, managing KOL relations, and executing marketing programs that align with budget and company goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in marketing within the healthcare space, strong analytical and presentation skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare materials for product brochure production, sales presentation, sales data analysis and forecasting.
• Work with sales team closely to provide execution support to better utilize sales aids and medical publications.
• Responsible for planning and executing the marketing activities within the approved operating expense level.
• Assist Manager in analyzing competitive environment and accessing internal competencies to formulate sustainable and competitive strategy for Vantive Malaysia.
• Take project management role for key projects, which normally engage cross functional team members, to ensure implementation of strategy and delivering performance.
• Other projects as may be assigned by manager.
• Develop strategic marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term growth of the business.
• Based on solid market understanding, develop ongoing strategies to support portfolio expansion.
• Build strong network and rapport with key opinion leaders within the relevant therapeutic areas.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives.
• Develop solid relationships with KOLs and patient associations (if any) and ensures that common goals are set and delivered.
• Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, industry associates and government representatives to achieve the objectives of marketing.
• Manage strong global and regional relationships with relevant marketing and support functions within Vantive and share best practice as required.
• Development of business tactical plans for market development growth opportunities for product/therapy assigned.
• New product launch is an added advantage.
