As a Product Manager you will be part of a team with responsibility for ensuring that all the order processing steps in Supply Chain Fulfilment, which are required to deliver a product /service to a customer, happen at the right time and in the right sequence, creating excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for analyzing the customer’s business goals, objectives, needs and the general business environment to create technical system solutions. Our expertise includes integrating hardware, processes, methodologies and software into the customer environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives
- Work with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions
- Lead, solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control
- Drive factory production issues to closure
- Work with Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) to enable new system capabilities and ensure Dell IT specifications are adhered to
- Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
- Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy
Essential Requirements
- Proven ability to facilitate solicitation of complete and accurate business/system requirements.
- Experience in as-is and to-be process mapping and gap analysis, development of alternative process scenarios and use cases.
- Experience of Agile methodology & Product Manager, Product Owner or IT Business Systems Analyst role
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Pro-active and capable of working with cross-functional teams in driving issues to closure
- A background in understanding E2E Supply Chain Processes, Factory and ODM is desired
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related discipline
