We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations in our manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will develop strategies, build customer relationships, and implement specific programs to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the overall operations within the assigned manufacturing organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Enhance semiconductor or related devices/equipment, processes, and handling systems to meet established objectives. Participate actively in new product introductions and support the transition of products and manufacturing processes from prototype to full production.
3. Engage with product engineering, supply chain, and customers to understand end-market requirements.
4. Ensure manufacturability and yield requirements are met by working in cross-functional teams to maintain high yield in a high-volume manufacturing environment, adhering to quality and reliability standards for data/telecommunication systems.
5. Support customer return analysis, implement corrective actions, and prepare failure analysis reports.
6. Analyze situations or data requiring in-depth organizational knowledge. Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) for assembly process optimization and data analysis to improve yield.
7. Implement strategic policies by selecting appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
8. Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance standards.
9. Develop robust design systems and processes to address manufacturing challenges, mitigate risks, and reduce new product cycle times to market.
