PRODUCT EXECUTIVE/ MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Develop product presentation materials and conduct product training to sales teams to develop competitive strategies/solutions, feasible action plans, and execution to achieve sales targets, and improve product presentation skills for sales teams and partners.
- Develop and provide suitable training courses based on existing and new products.
- Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective actions as required to meet business objectives.
- Conduct pricing and competitor studies, analyze product features, and marketing strategies.
- Plan, develop, implement, drive, and lead product development initiatives and strategies.
- Manage stock aging status for the assigned products.
- Proactively develop and manage channel partners to grow and develop business relationships and opportunities.
- Engage directly with assigned key accounts/industries.
- Recommend and execute joint activities with channel partners to support business, sales, and marketing objectives.
- Manage inquiries, feedback, and other sales/operational issues.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and prioritize workloads, with capacity for teamwork in a pressured and busy environment with multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Diplomatic, culturally and politically sensitive, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.
- Ability to manage, inspire, and lead a team, and effectively communicate project information to superiors.
- Experience in account planning, prospecting, and penetrating client organizations.
- Result-oriented, with a good track record of meeting sales targets and objectives.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing in the ICT industry, channel management, sales planning, and P&L management.
- Outspoken, sociable, self-motivated, enjoying meeting new people, and cultivating business relationships.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities.
