Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 + Monthly Sales Commission

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Product Executive, you’ll be a vital link between our product, sales, and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery and success in the distribution of POS and AIDC hardware solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in pricing strategies, quotations, and maintaining product information

Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal sales team to ensure timely delivery and support

Monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules, and providing timely updates

Supporting sales with technical documentation, product briefings, and price updates

Conducting market research on competitor pricing and product trends

Preparing business proposals and assisting with tender documentation and submissions

What We’re Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field

0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and online collaboration tools

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel occasionally
