Achieve Gross Profit (GP) target as set by the Management.
Forecast Planning: develop, implement, and review business plans and strategies to sustain growth and profit for product(s) as assigned.
Thorough product knowledge: familiar with related brand and products. Arrange, conduct, or coordinate product training for the relevant sales team on a regular basis.
Pricing and promotion strategy: identify the market for newer trends, monitor pricing policies, assess competitive landscape, and explore opportunities with all channels to generate revenue.
Constantly review inventory levels to cater for product availability and eliminate slow-moving products.
Establish target customer groups and maintain productive, professional relationships with channel partners to maximize sales, ensure business success, and long-term sustainability.
Financial planning: communicate, check, and review action plans with the respective departments to ensure alignment with company financial goals. Study optimal margins, locate, or propose potential business deals by prospecting partners and discovering new profitable opportunities.
Logistic planning: liaise closely with relevant departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and company timelines.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by Management.
