Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated IT Product Engineer to participate in the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support system users.

What you’ll need to bring to the team
  • Experience in SDLC and providing support to internal system users.
  • Ability to support complex technical issues and be a respected team member.
  • Proactive collaboration with the team to develop and execute strategies for maturing support.
  • Focus on driving system improvements and operational efficiencies.
What you’ll be doing
  • Participate in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications.
  • Develop .NET solutions for the organization.
  • Identify and handle technical risks and issues.
  • Provide technical support to stakeholders.
  • Offer technical guidance to developers.
  • Ensure modules meet architecture standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Degree or advanced diploma in Computer Science or equivalent; seniority depends on experience and qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems design and software implementation.
  • Knowledge of VB.NET development and web automation.
  • Experience integrating .NET applications with APIs using XML/JSON.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports or Macros is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, and software design concepts.
  • Familiarity with GIT version control, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and static code security is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, patient, and open to managing inquiries and challenges.
