Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated IT Product Engineer to participate in the full Systems Development Life Cycle and support system users.

We value individuals committed to continuous improvement and driven to bring positive change to processes.

What you'll need to bring to the team

  • Significant involvement in SDLC and support for internal system users.
  • A highly respected team member capable of supporting complex technical issues.
  • Active collaboration with the team, supporting strategy development to mature support.
  • A focus on driving system improvements and operational efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

  • Participate in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications.
  • Lead and coordinate specific application module development activities.
  • Conduct technical analysis and design of application modules and databases.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to developers.
  • Ensure modules meet architectural standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in a Software/Technology context.
  • Strong technical expertise and confidence working with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in an Agile environment, ideally in software product development, using methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, resilient, and self-confident.
  • Excellent networking, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and problem-solving skills to translate into technical requirements.
  • Experience in the identity and fraud industry is an advantage.
  • Relevant industry or academic certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for managing requirements.
  • Experience with UI product development and working with UX design teams.
