Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated IT Product Engineer to be involved in the full Systems Development Life Cycle and provide support to system users.

What you'll need to bring to the team

  • Significant involvement in SDLC and support for internal system users.
  • Ability to support complex technical issues and be a respected team member.
  • Active collaboration with the team, supporting strategy development to mature support.
  • Focus on driving system improvements and operational efficiencies.

What you'll be doing

  • Participating in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications.
  • Leading and coordinating specific application module development activities.
  • Conducting technical analysis and designing application modules and databases.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to developers.
  • Ensuring modules meet architecture and standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Engaging in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager within a Software/Technology context.
  • Strong technical expertise and confidence in working with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably in software product development, using methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex solutions, adapt to change, and demonstrate resilience and self-confidence.
  • Strong networking, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and problem-solving skills to translate these into technical requirements.
  • Experience in the identity and fraud industry is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in domain, technology, or product ownership are a plus.
  • Proficiency using Jira and Confluence for managing requirements.
  • Experience with user interface development and collaborating with UX teams.
