Job Description

Responsible for support of existing products in production and the transition of new products to volume production. Focus on product expansion to different fabrication sites. Responsibilities include product characterization, product qualification, yield analysis, and yield improvement. Position requires interface with various technical and production groups and includes leading projects, teams, and individuals as well as the development of project schedules.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor/Master Degree, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  2. 1-2 years of Test Product Engineering (NPI/Sustaining) experience.
  3. Demonstrated experience with support of automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
  4. Experience with CMOS basics and device physics, including BiCMOS, preferably analog / power electronics IC knowledge.
  5. Experience with yield analysis software/database (JMP, Spotfire).
  6. Familiarity with reliability testing, methodologies, basic failure analysis principles and techniques, automated test equipment, wafer sort and final test.
  7. Hands on experience with high voltage, high power testing is a plus.
  8. Bench setups and evaluation of semiconductors experience is desired.

  1. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
  3. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of advanced data analysis & statistical capabilities.
