We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused team member to join our Product Enablement team. This hybrid role combines commercial support (B2B focus, 70%) with product operations and technical configuration (30%), alongside key account management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and a client-first mindset to support our publisher, partner, and distributor ecosystem effectively.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support B2B relationships with publishers, partners, and distributors to ensure smooth collaboration and high client satisfaction.
  • Conduct KYC onboarding and ongoing remediation for publishers, PCs, and distributors to maintain compliance and data integrity.
  • Perform periodic compliance reviews and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
  • Maintain and update master product lists, pricing, and contractual details to support commercial activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating seamless communication via WhatsApp, WeChat, and email.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, compliance, and distribution partnership teams to align on client needs and operational requirements.
  • Configure and maintain products on Shop and Custom Commerce platforms, ensuring accurate setup of product attributes, pricing, and availability based on business requirements.
  • Set up and manage promotion campaigns, including configuring campaign rules, discounts, and eligibility criteria to support commercial objectives.
  • Perform ongoing product maintenance, such as updating product information, managing inventory data, and ensuring all configurations are up-to-date and error-free.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English. Language proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with publishers and stakeholders
  • Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Client Focus: A client-first mentality with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative, able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in compliance or operations roles.
  • Familiarity with KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in account servicing or account management
Good to have:
  • Technical background or experience in product configuration, system operations, or related technical roles
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, or technical configuration platforms
  • Experience in the mobile application or gaming industry.
