Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a creative Product/Packaging Designer to develop new design concepts and create market-oriented products. You will modify existing designs based on feedback and ensure artwork and packaging specifications meet production needs.

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams, conduct QA checks on Own Brand products, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining brand identity and packaging guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new product and packaging design concepts.
• Design creative, functional, and market-oriented products.
• Modify and improve existing products based on feedback and market trends.
• Prepare artwork and packaging specifications for production.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure design requirements are met.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on Own Brand products.
• Ensure product designs, packaging, and labeling comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and packaging guidelines.
• Support product development projects from concept to launch.
