Job summary

Be International Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Product Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of new products from idea through commercialization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, QA/QC, Supply Chain and external partners to translate consumer insights into market-ready products for our IBO/distributor network. You will lead formulation development, testing and validation, while ensuring compliance with local, ASEAN and international requirements and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology or related discipline.
5+ years in Product Development/Management in consumer health, TMHS, F&B or FMCG.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
Translate consumer needs and market trends into product concepts.
Research ingredients, materials, technologies and formulations.
Develop formulations delivering efficacy, safety, quality and cost.
Oversee testing, stability, efficacy, safety and validation activities.
Create technical dossiers, claims substantiation and specs.
Ensure regulatory compliance locally, ASEAN and international.
Monitor trends and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing/Product Management to ensure market relevance.
