Responsabilidades

• Drives and develops testability and manufacturability of ICs from feasibility to production ramp.
• Contributes to design, development and validation of testability circuits, test flows, and methodologies for new products.
• Interfaces with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality and reliability, and manufacturing groups to enable postsilicon HVM ramp.
• Evaluates new designs on automated test equipment (ATE) and works to debug functionality and performance issues to root cause.
• Performs ATE device characterization and defines datasheet specifications from the data.
• Collaborates with designers to drive DFT/DFD/DFM features for efficient production testing.
• Develops and debugs software to convert design validation vectors and drive test equipment.
• Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
• Analyzes component specs vs performance to ensure optimal match with production equipment and yield.
• Ensures manufacturability over process and product design by analyzing corners and resolving yield issues before ramp.
• Drives test time reduction by analyzing fallout data to balance cost vs test time.
• Analyzes early customer returns to drive test hole closure activities.
• Creates concepts for optimizing component production in terms of quality and cost.
• Leads manufacturing readiness from fab, assembly, and test factory for samples, ramp planning, and site certification.
