Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a creative Product Designer to develop new product and packaging concepts, ensuring designs are functional, market‑oriented, and aligned with brand guidelines. You will refine existing products, prepare artwork for production, and coordinate with suppliers to meet design specs.

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic, Product or Industrial Design with 1–3 years’ experience is required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Create and develop new product and packaging design concepts.
Design creative, functional, and market-oriented products.
Modify and improve existing products based on feedback and market trends.
Prepare artwork and packaging specifications for production.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure design requirements are met.
Conduct quality assurance checks on Own Brand products.
Ensure product designs, packaging, and labeling comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain consistency with brand identity and packaging guidelines.
Support product development projects from concept to launch.
