Job summary

Enfrasys seeks a Product Developer for 5G Private Networks and MCX to shape product strategy, packaging, and go‑to‑market execution across Private 5G, Edge/MEC, and partner solutions. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery to turn customer needs into actionable use cases and drive adoption and growth.

You will translate requirements into PRDs/user stories, help drive ROI analyses, and collaborate with pricing and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals and pilots across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, telecommunications, or business.
• 8–10+ years in product, solutions, pre‑sales, delivery, and/or consulting.
• Experience in private networks, enterprise networking, cloud/edge, or industrial/transport tech.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and drive delivery in agile environments.
• Experience in Telco, SI or consulting including RFP/tenders and solution workshops.

Responsibilities

• Research target industries and customer needs; track trends, regulation, and competitors; summarize insights for 5GPN/Edge planning.
• Support positioning, messaging, and GTM plans; coordinate launches and sales-readiness for 5GPN offers.
• Assist with pricing/packaging inputs, pipeline tracking, and deal reviews with product and sales teams.
• Draft sales assets and contribute to RFI/RFP/tender responses (slides, use cases, and solution write-ups).
• Support workshops to assess current vs. target state and prioritize use cases (e.g., MCX, Port, fleet tracking, video analytics).
• Build ROI and business cases with Sales, Pricing, and Technical teams.
• Translate needs into PRDs/user stories and reference requirements (e.g. 5GPN coverage, capacity).
• Set and drive portfolio roadmap priorities across 5GPN, Edge/MEC, and partners; package repeatable offers.
• Align cross-functional teams and partners to deliver pilots-to-scale (plan, launch, handover).
• Own UAT, demo stories and build reference customers to accelerate adoption.
