We’re looking for a Product Designer to enhance our rental housing platform across web and mobile apps. You’ll create user-friendly designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the platform is culturally relevant for international markets (U.S., Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand). Additionally, you'll contribute to integrating AI-driven features to improve user experience. You should possess strong background and experience in UserExperienceDesign(UED) and UI/UX design skills. Experience in localization and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch are required.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Designer located at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Description

Collaborate in designing and adapting international versions of our rental housing platform, ensuring a seamless and culturally relevant experience for English, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Thai-speaking users

Contribute to the localization of the platform for the U.S. market, focusing on optimizing user interface, content, and functionalities across multiple platforms (PC/H5, mobile apps)

Work with headquarter and local teams to ensure that features and language are appropriate for regional preferences, legal requirements and cultural nuances

Partner with UX/ UI designers, product managers and engineers to enhance the design and functionality of our AI Agent project, focusing on AI-driven user experience improvements

Contribute to the design process by integrating user feedback, market research, and data analytics to drive AI features that enhance usability and engagement.

Help define the product roadmap by contributing insights on user needs and AI capabilities that can improve overall experience.

Provide ongoing suggestions for product improvements based on user behavior data, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Collaborate in identifying pain points in the user journey and suggest AI-driven or design-focused solutions for enhancement.

Ensure consistent updates to both the global and regional platforms, keeping user needs and preferences at the forefront.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher is required; candidates with a background in UX or Computer Science are preferred

Strong background and experience in UserExperienceDesign(UED) and UI/UX design skills

Proficiency in at least one prototyping tool, such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure, is required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of new features through data analysis.

Open to candidates with no prior experience, as well as those with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
