Role Description

• To coordinate Design information among customers, the BDU Department, and R&D Department.
• Monitor all SD/Embroidery artwork and documents development for new and existing models.
• To manage and operate CorelDRAW software, Tajima software, Photoshop/Illustrator software, and 3D Max software for designing activities.
• Established design record for easy reference by all relevant departments.
• To bring in new, innovative, and create an idea into their design concept.
• To ensure and maintain the smooth running of the work process in the department.
• To consider all cost-effective designs and prepare for other departments.
• To ensure that all diagrams are developed according to the IATF 16949 requirements (OEM).
• To ensure that all products are properly filed and documented.
• To oversee and liaise with customers and R&D over the development of sample making.
• To attend customer or supplier design review, if required.
• To perform any other task related to designing as and when required by the superior from time to time.
• To identify risk opportunities in the process, evaluate the risks, control the risks, and communicate to all subordinates.
• To reduce the life cycle impact of the process on the environment.
